We went to visit Joy’s parents in Holland, and took a road trip to Belgium with Lucy. It was our first time back in Holland since the pandemic, so it was good to see everyone after such a long time.

Dad's 90th Birthday
Last week was Dad’s 90th birthday. Michael, Joy and I went to visit him at Harmony farm, where we spent a few days doing lots of eating, drinking and celebrating. Happy birthday, Dad!
Spring birding
We’ve been getting out to look at birds fairly often, and we’ve accumulated a few bird photos. I finally decided to go back and study them to see what I could learn.
Cosumnes
We made a quick stop at Cosumnes River Preserve on the way home after spending Christmas with Dad. It was wet! We didn’t see huge numbers of waterfowl, but we did have a nice walk around the ponds.
